The main objective of every health system is to develop, improve and protect the health in the
egion. Evaluation of the performance is a crucial step to analyze the present scenario, gap
and future scope of development in the region (Jacobsen, 2011). For instance, WHO also
launches health assessment reports to provide an overview on the overall health system of
different regions; WHO evaluate health system on the basis of three main factors that are
