Quality management is so necessary now days as to improve the company’s profile and to meet ISO9001.It changes the risk of work and to fulfill the company needs, services and thus to grow higher.
The history of the quality management is that workers don’t know how to communicate within an organization. Without proper communication there won’t be good relationship between workers and the yield of the company would not increase. That’s why a quality management taught of innovative ideas of making the workers to interact and learn the common language. Thus it is necessary to have a quality planning.
Without strategic planning and the quality management principle, there will be no proper planning and root for the success to achieve. If any problem arises there would be no proper plan to find out the root cause of the problem.
