1.0 Introduction
Business organizations have to follow ethical practices and principles. While analyzing the different theories such as rights and shareholder’s theory, the business organizations are committed to performing ethically. Employees are not allowed to disclose confidential information to the public or prospective employees. In this research paper, we are analyzing the situation faced by the company and employees.
2.0 Body 
Now we can analyze the various aspects related to the case in a detailed manner, 
2.1 Facts Analysis
While analyzing the case we can understand that the company Biztekno Solutions is in financial crisis and the company wants to hire a new engineer for the development of the company’s new 3-D printing technology. Seth Binghampton is working as an engineer in the company and he was involved in the hiring committee. After screening the candidates, they identified two candidates and one is weak and he is ready to take up the job and another one is Jim Tucker, the selection committee was impressed with the performance of Jim and they want to hire him. Jim informed Seth that he is ready to take up the job, because of salary offered by the company is high and he has to make some family a
angements for taking up the job. After hearing all these Seth was in confusion, he knows fact that the company is in trouble, when informed of the problem to the Committee Chair Verne Barnes he stated that we are not allowed to disclose the information to the prospective employees.
