Fieldnotes
To determine the behavior of participants, six different column diagrams have been developed.
Figure 1: Behavior of participants
Recorded behavior from each question has been marked as answer 1, answer 2, and so on. According to the diagrams, it can be determined that in most of the cases, the behavior of participants was neutral. For example, in answer to the first question 13 out of 20 participants were neutral while 5 participant’s behavior was happy. While answering the second question, 16 participant’s behavior was happy but 4 participants got upset.
While the interviewer asked the third question, 18 participant’s behavior was Neutral. While answering the fourth question, 1 out of 20 participants got upset remaining all 19 had a neutral approach. Next, 14 out of 20 participants were neutral while answering the fifth question. In the last question, 15 participants had neutral behavior while answering the question.
