Ethical issues always affect the growth level and performance of business organizations. The business managers have to identify effective solutions for managing the ethical issues faced by the organization. Sometimes ethical issues help for attaining the financial goals and objectives of the organization, sometimes it affects the

Boohoo is a UK based fashion retailer started its operation in the year 2006. Mahmud Kamani is the group executive chairman of the company and John Lyttle is the CEO of the company. As per the report of Guardian.com (2020) the company made a promise to the shareholders to stop using unethical factories. While analysing the report published by the guardian we can understand that the company failed to follow the ethical policies and practices. From the report, it is clear that the company has to make changes to their existing practices and policies for treating the factory employees effectively.
