Introduction 
Personal reflection is a part of reflective writing and could also be considered as a response towards a specific stimulus. An individual writes personal reflection in order to explore personal feelings, experiences as well as interpretation of a specific event, though, perspective or ideology. It would be essential to consider that every individual might possess different perspective with respect to a specific stimulus and interpretation of all those perspectives allow better understanding of a specific topic or concept. 
Description of Subject Speaker and Ideas
Kylie Bishop was the speaker presented in the provided video and she is a well-known name in the business industry. The speaker reflected that they possess an overall experience of around 20 years with in professional service environments. Initially, she wanted to be a teacher when she was just 17 years old; however, because of the advice provided by her English teacher she did not get in teaching rather, Kylie got attached to her uncles and got indulged in business (Zoom, 2020). Further, Kylie presented that she took every opportunity for self-betterment in order to create and develop a new way for her. Kylie reflected that even after working as an executive officer with chief engineering companies for over 15 years, she was not happy with the position of Chief Financial Officer. Therefore, 2007 was the turning point where Kylie abandoned her executive carrier in order to become a founder of her own company.
Further, Kylie reflected that this allowed her to increase the width and depth within her career and she started pursing business coaching and mentoring. According to her, anyone can find and pursue their passion through the acquired skills and experiences even if they might have started differently.
