a) Introduction
Ethical decision-making is one of the most crucial aspects in the organization. Without the proper ethical practices, the function of the organization will not run in a proper way. Hence, in any organization there should be a proper system to look after that everything is running in proper order and there should be a manager to look after that the proper ethical practices are followed. In the following report four scenarios will be discussed where the ethical decision-making is required in the organization. The similarities and the dissimilarities will be discussed and among the four, the best decision-making will be described. 
b) Overview of the Articles
Article by Jones and Ryan (1998)
In the article, what I found is basically in organization the moral judgment is taken and the areas where the understanding of other areas of moral behavior of humans. Further, it has been described by Jones and Ryan (1998) that in organization the ethical decision-making is done following four steps, which are recognition, judgment, intent and behavior of the humans. Further studying the article, I have further discovered that the moral approval construct constitutes a viable theoretical connection between the moral judgment and moral action, which the article focused to establish. In the article, it has been described the ways, in which the decision-making of an individual affects the organization. A persons decision has a positive and negative aspect and why good people commit bad things in the organization has being explained.

In the article by Gioia (1992), that I have studied is about the author’s personal involvement during the early stages of the infamous Pinto fire case. Pinto was a small car introduced by Ford motors in the year 1970, which was intended to compete with European and the Japanese car manufacturer.
