    Fat Content in McDonalds’ Burgers
    Research Objective:
The McDonald's Burger stores are famous in many countries around the world for selling very delicious and excellent burgers. Recently, however, its clients and the public were generally concerned that the fat content in these burgers could be too high and could therefore be dangerous for consumer health. This research would like to find out whether this is true. The purpose of this study is to analyze McDonald's burgers 'medium fat content and to examine whether their consumers' concerns are really based (the fat content on burgers is very high).
Oils and fats have been found to be essential to a healthy diet. Moreover, they are both very important not only to human beings but to animals (National Cattlemen 's Beef Association, 2000). They also play very important roles. They act as an energy source that is so vital to human survival, for example. The main vitamin suppliers (including A, D, E and K) and other vital nutrients are fats and oils. Dietary fats were also found to make the use of carotenoids easier. All of these functions emphasize the significance of human body fats and oils. They can also harm the human body, however, particularly if they are excessive. Excess body fat may cause heart and artery disorders that pose a dangerous risk to every person's health. This simply means that only a certain degree of fat must be consumed. If there is too much of the fat in the body, it is harmful, not helpful. There is therefore a danger to the health of consumers if McDonald's stores sell burgers of high fat content.
Burgers from McDonald are very popular because they are delicious and come in various forms. However, if their fat content is extremely high, they may pose a serious health risk to consumers. McDonalds has been stressing for some time now that the fat content in all its burgers is less than 20%. Therefore, if that claim is false (i.e. when the fat content is more than 20%), the burger is excessively fat since the company itself has acknowledged the harmfulness of the fat content of more than 20%. In the following section, the literature review explains why consumers have to wo
y if excess fat is actually consumed in burgers.
    Literature review:
In “Ramiras (1991)”, too much fat (commonly associated with junk foods) is explicitly stated to be very dangerous for human health. “Anderson et al. (2008)” have endorsed this stance. “Dreeling et al. (1997)” also addressed the risk of heart disease in the user of excess Trans fats, which are very common in the liquid vegetable oils. Researchers have found that this risk is aggravated by the compression of liquid vegetable oils into solids. These trans fats in McDonald's...
