The ethicality of receiving/making calls at the workplace
It can be said that some of the common workplace policy limits in terms of using the phone. For instance, the cell phones cannot be used during the business hours aside from the lunch as well as breaks. On the other hand, some of the other policies tend to encourage the workers to be ethical, such as asking them to limit the call concerning the real emergencies along with it keeping their phones on silent so it no one gets disturbed. However, one of the best protection that a company can have is by considering the comprehensive policy showcasing using phones at the workplace and also providing the workers with guidelines in terms of what is acceptable and what is not (Trevino and Nelson, 2016).
