Leadership is the ultimate stone to success whatever it is a company or a business or the nation. A proper leadership helps to increase the efficiency of the employees or the workers under the leader and the result is the achievement of success. Hence, it is a very crucial point of any management even in case of a country. The former president of USA, Barack Obama, was a fervid leader who felt the importance of actual leadership. He revealed a glimpse of the most important and powerful office in the World. 
The former president had the power to embroil himself if any situation arises and he was able to evaluate the skill of a group and then how to implement it to achieve a goal. He was the first black president if USA who was quite concern about the health and the views of his citizen and created a healthcare program called Obamacare. According to Rast, Hackett, Alabastro and Hogg (2015), apart this, he had a broad view over many things to upgrade the status of the country by visiting the foreign countries, finding the ways to provide the opportunities of modernizing infrastructure, install the freedom and the hope, building a new source of energy and investment of time to grab the success.
