Context
This assessment provides you with the opportunity to engage with and apply ethical
frameworks to real-world issues. You will select two ethical issues facing an organisation of
your choice and identify ways of dealing with them. By doing this, you will enhance your
ability to ethically address the economic, commercial, social and environmental issues you
will face in the workplace.
You will complete in-class activities, in modules 2.2 (week 4) and 4.2 (week 8) that will
prepare you for this assessment task and give you examples of the ethical issues you could
choose.

Introduction
Business Ethics relate to moral principles that help in guiding the way in which business organisations and business personnel must behave. Ethical way of conducting business involves distinction between right and wrong choices and imbibing right choices to maintain sanctity of business working. Business Ethics is a study of situations, decisions and activities where issues relating to right or wrong choices are addressed. Personal ethics is considered to be the foundation of ethical business operations.
Summary of issues and frameworks discussed in Part A
As mentioned by McDonald, Charlesworth & Graham (2015), sexual and employee harassment on grounds of class, caste, culture, religious and sexual orientation creates a dete
ent working environment issues that needs to be addressed by modern Organisation in order to maintain congenial and cohesive working environment for employees. There are anti-harassment policies that employers must communicate to their employees. Anti-harassment training for staff members will help in preventing harassment and create a support system for employees.
Moving ahead, social media touches upon many aspects of companies operation and hence it becomes essential for leadership to address issues of ethical practices in context of overall business operations. According to Kosinski et al. (2015), organisation must take initiatives in order to effectively identify manage and assess its approach towards social media to read when effects and also minimise risk and unethical practices that may damage the business. The application of legal and regulatory standards to social media must be undertaken by companies. Employee’s privacy and interest are saving guarded by many regulatory policies.
Reflection on your future workplace behaviour
The ethical theories discussed in the previous section would surely direct my future workforce behaviour. My future organization would certainly maintain congenial environment through ethical and equitable practices.
