    All the organizations have huge responsibilities which is ethical, economical, legal and aligned with social responsibilities. oll has defined the CSR activities as the behavior of the business which is economically profitable, adherence to the laws, ethical in nature and socially supportive. In order to be socially sustainable, the organizations must be obedient to the laws which will help them to generate profit in the future. These are the foremost conditions when we are discussing about the ethics of the firm and the extent to which the firm is supported and the community in which it exists by distribution of funds, talented resources and time. Therefore, it’s the government across various countries, protestors along with the media houses which have adept at holding the companies responsible with reverence to the social significances of the activities. It’s the innumerable companies which ranks themselves based on their performance and achievability of Corporate Social Responsibility. Therefore, despite of questionable methodologies, these rankings help in appealing promotional activities. It is due to this reason; corporate social responsibility has emerged as an inevitable urgency for the leaders of the business community globally.
