Ethical standards guide the functions and each of the steps of the employees within an organization. Nevertheless, it cannot be ignored that ethical standards also have a significance in the actions of the management in the organization. While the use of ethical standards directs the managers with the ideal ways of managing or guiding the employees, the lack of it creates misunderstandings, employee dissatisfaction and employee demotivation. Hence, as viewed by Shin, Sung, Choi and Kim (2015), the use of ethical standards at every aspect of organizational management is indispensable, especially in case of management communication that encompasses guiding, monitoring, instructing and motivating the employees towards an overall better organizational performance.
