You guys only focus Ethical Issue #3 Employee Diversity and Three recommendations (Solutions), which are already there. (Its page 10-11 for PDF PPT file that I’m sending)

Tips for help Recommendations (3): 20 points each-total three recommendations. The recommendation is: 1) clearly written; 2) adequately addresses weaknesses found in the audit; and 3) based on best practices examples found in readings

I already have This Audit Chapter 7: Employee Diversity for this assignment. You guys can use those references from there to help with writing as well.

It needs more details based on the rubric that she told. The rubric will be the last page of these instructions.

Most of the researchers and experts stated that the ethical performance of Amazon is good and ethical reporting systems are clearly communicated to the employees and the company also introduced an internal reporting system that helped for employees to report their concerns and problems
Recommendations 
Recommendation 1- Review Promotion and Performance Appraisals
By including ethical policies and practices for promotion and performance appraisal it helps for motivating the employees about the ethical practises and policies. Most of the employees considered ethics a normal policy established by the organizations for fulfilling the legal requirement. In the case of Amazon, the company considered ethical practices and actions as very important and they are planning to review the promotion and performance Appraisals based on ethical rules and guidelines (Tritt et al 2019, p.12). By doing the company is creating or building the importance of following ethical practices and policies in the organization. It also helps in integrating the ethical practices in the performance review and helps for ensuring fair wages to the employees in all the areas. It also helps for improving the awareness of the public about the ethical practices and policies followed by the company. We know the fact that customers are interested to purchase goods from the companies who are respecting the needs of the customers and who are following the ethical guidelines and norms. 
Recommendation 2- Prioritize Needs of a Diverse Workforce
The management has to understand the fact that employees can be called as the most valuable resources in the organization.
