For this week’s assignment, complete the assigned readings and videos. Write a one to two-page paper and summarize the videos, the article and the assigned chapter in the textbook, and demonstrate that you can make connections between all sources in your evaluation and analysis of ethics and ethical implications. The total pages for this assignment is 3 to 4 including cover and reference page. Use at least three peer reviewed sources (not counting the videos and the assigned article).
Read pages 52 to 65 in the book "Business Ethics". You can find the book as a PDF file in your Textbook folder at the top of the course shell.

According to the book by Klimsza (2014), business ethics refers to taking right or wrong decisions based on the business situation. The decisions should be morally right and not just specific towards achieving financial goals. The book has also stated that a business should maintain different values in order to maintain ethics. These values are freedom, justice, trust, responsibility, sustainability rationality, and others.

Another article by Josephson (2015), stated twelve ethical principles which should be followed in order to maintain ethics in the business. Honest communication between employees and customers is the first principle according to the article. Maintain personal integrity, keeping promises by fulfilling commitment, be loyal during work are some of the major ethical components in a business context (Gupta & Kasana, 2017). The article also disclosed that dealing with fairness, is a concern for the well-being of employees, respecting everyone at the workplace, and adopting lawful approaches are also considered under ethical business principles. The article by Josephson (2015), also disclosed giving the best in the work is a critical ethical approach. Being a leader, a person should capable enough to take responsibility.
