The population will be employees from top retail
ands in Canada. The sample will be taken from top five
ands namely Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, Costco, Sobeys Safeway and Metro Inc. Due to limited mobility post pandemic the random selection of the employees will be done (Aono & Nguyen, 2017). The sample size will be kept relatively small to 10 employees from each retail company.
