The parties should be legally competent to enter the contract that is above 18 years of age with sound mind (ICLG, 2022).
Legal Purpose
The deal should be recognized in the eyes of lay and should be enforceable in court.
Agreement
In real estate, the contracts are made so that seller can offer a property to the buyer for acceptance.
Consideration
When one party offers, something to other party, for a legal value, then it is called consideration. For instance, money is the consideration in real estate (ICLG, 2022).
Consent
The parties should be willing to enter into the contract by agreeing to the terms of contract.
