     As per the report of Federal Communication Commission (2020), Jamming is illegal and FCC clearly stated that they take actions against the companies who is involved in the sale, marketing and operation of jamming devices (para 1). As per the report of Federal Communication Commission (2020) jamming restrict the people to make calls and send messages during the emergencies and it also creates different personal as well as professional problems (para.2)
                 The use of mobile jammer or any other kinds of devices used for intentionally blocking them with the authorized radio is prohibited as per the federal law (Kizza 2020). The companies or the people involved in the sale or marketing are subjected to pay compensation and criminal sanction including imprisonment (para.5). While analysing all these aspects we can understand that FCCs Position on Wi-fi Jamming is illegal 
What is the position of the hotels and convention centres?
Position of Hotels and Convention Centres
                  While analysing the position of hotels and convention centres we can understand that they use jamming devices for blocking the network of the guest or hotspot and gradually the guest forced to use the wi-fi services offered by the hotels. According to the words of Vo (2016) hotels are pricing system involves two types one is fixed and other is variable. We have to pay the fixed charges for the rooms and food items and for using other facilities we have to pay additional charges and the price for the additional facilities varies from time to time (para.4).
                If we are analysing the example of connection charges of Starwood's Aloft it is around $ 10.5 to $19.95 per day. Hotel groups and conventions centres considered wi-fi as an effective strategic tool for increasing their revenue. The main objective of every business organization is to make a profit by providing quality services to customers. Hotel groups and conventions centres are not following FCCs stand on wifi jamming and they are using the jamming devices for increasing income and growth level.
