Students will synthesize their learning from the degree courses into recommendations to improve an organization of their choice. The organization can be one that has employed the student, an organization from the text not used in the group assignment, or an external organization to the course and students. The student will provide background on the organization, assess the challenges and possible solutions for the organization, and apply learning from any 3 of these business functional areas to offer suggestions on how to improve the organization: (Accounting, law, leadership, IT, marketing, finance, organizational behavior, strategy, HR, project management, ethics, and operations). In addition, the students will evaluate the potential impact of their changes to the entire organization and analyze potential obstacles to implementing solutions. Students will also provide an implementation timeline for each recommended solution demonstrating time, parties responsible for changes, and follow up measures to assess the progress of each of the 3 solutions.

1. Introduction
While Google Inc. is a well-known and respected organization, it is important that the business focuses on constant organizational progress and growth in order to generate profits, which remains predominant in the search engine world. Key guidelines that strengthen practices which could support the company's long-standing economic success and sustainability: understanding and updating an effective R&D department of ethics issues in the field of human rights. Google will benefit from these opportunities to improve its weaknesses, strengthen its anti-threats position and leverage the strengths of the enterprise.
Search remains a primary business for Google and Alphabet and is used by over one billion people every day throughout the world. The risk of Google's search replacement can be classified as small because the way to find the information needed remained the most convenient and time-efficient.
Google's other apps face a mild risk to replacing products and services. For example, instead of using Gmail, people can use sms text or email messages such as What's Up, and instead of Google maps, traditional paper maps can be used.
2. Challenges Faced By Google
Competition on Google Search is reflected by general search engines and information services like Microsoft's Bing, Yahoo, Yandex, Baidu, Naver and Seznam. Vertical search engines and web sites for e-commerce such as Amazon and e-commerce, Kayak (travel queries), LinkedIn (work queries) and WebMD are also accessible. Many users will search these materials, websites and applications directly instead of Google.
The list of Google competitors also includes social networks like Facebook and Twitter. Some users rely more and more on social networks for references to products or services than on traditional search engines.
1. The increasing success of Facebook and its related services, as well as their partnership with Bing.
Facebook reports indicate that a search engine is to be introduced. It is i
elevant whether this search engine is exclusively developed by Facebook or in partnership with Microsoft. This would affect Google numbers dramatically as millions of users start to search from the social network on Facebook. Solution: the only solution is to increase social networking influence. Solution: For example, path acquisition and Google+ boosting, joining both for a user experience that adds added value.
The competition comes from all sides, and is based on Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft, Baidu, DuckDuckGo etc. In the area of SEARCH, advertising space and other income, Google must develop a strategy for sustaining its leadership. It would therefore be fascinating to see what the next big things Google can come forth with. Sundar Picai is a new head of almost all services other then youTube.
2. Market diversification.
Google began with one product, as most tech companies, and later diversified its product list. In its diversification, many companies have failed. Many of them have struggled in several areas and have not succeeded in any one by diversifying into a wide range. Other businesses on the other hand have not adequately diversified, and this has created massive revenue declines (e.g. Cisco). Solution: Google must maintain the pace of diversification but not neglect the thought style of the end-user. Technical diversification means creating an environment in which all goods use the same technologies in the same fashion. (Products from Apple).
To strike the co
ect balance between how diversified and regulated product lines are. Android, mobile phone, laptops, clouds, computer engines, energy, Internet, cars, google glass, artificial intelligence, wedding planners, social media, and more. The main point is how to track all these items and how they allow Google to accomplish its mission.
3. Google's influence in the entertainment and multimedia industry.
We have been increasingly diverse in the entertainment industry as part of Google's global strategy. Sadly, in this area there is still a long way to go. Google Music is a service that rises, yet its numbers are not like Spotify or iTunes. Solution: Spotify recruitment.
For television, though relying on SONY devices Logitech boxes, Google TV can not expand entirely. Reports show that online customer numbers for cable and satellite services have decreased. Solution: integration with partners with content providers of a mobile interface that can be used on the Chrome
owser and other apps including Sony Playstation 3.
2.1 Recommendation
While Google is known for creativity and the convenience of its users, it continues to ignore consumer ethical concerns as well as...
