Reflection on the project:
Cause
· In accordance with the earned value metrics analysis conducted on the project, both the events of the critical path method, Viz., technical infrastructure and software customization events are not running properly. The final schedule of the technical infrastructure project is not in accordance with the time line, it got delayed.  However the software implementation part of the project is running ahead of the actual project schedule. Hence the key reasons for the delay in the technical infrastructure part of the critical path method as well the factors responsible for the cost overrun in the software implementation part of the project are of main focus and they need to be analyzed in the current part of the project analysis.
· The technical structure is not adequate for the project requirements, there was need for frequent reboots of the servers during the installation process and this consumed lot of time. Also during the process the server access is limited.
