--) You can enter the data in MS Access. Create and ER Diagram. Create a way for a user to easily query the data and then print out the answers to the query. (it would be helpful to have someone on the team who has knowledge of MS Access.)

-- You can keep the data in Excel and create a Dashboard in Excel to represent the data.

--Set up Tableau and do some basic charts.

-- You can step out in Rstudio and run some functions on your data in Rstudio.

--If you know another software package like SPSS or SAS, you can conduct some advanced analytics on the data. It has to be beyond simple Regression Analysis.
