The Learning Organization
The learning organization is a type of organization that adopts a system of continuous learning and improvement in order to keep up with changes and competitors. This organization was a model developed by Peter Senge who asserted that for the success of an organization, it had to adopt an overall learning approach at all levels. (Senge & Scharmer, 2008)
The five principles proposed by Peter Senge in this regard were
1. Systems Analysis
It refers to the development of an organization as a system that would incorporate analysis at all levels and components of a business in order to facilitate the problem solving and learning in an organization.
2. Personal Mastery
A leader, or manager needs to be a master, and adopt a process of striving to mastery not only in management but also in the learning process of his company.
