Each paper has a different audience and is owned by different stakeholders. The papers therefore have different concerns and points of view.

The 7-eleven system of the franchisees chains may strike on headoffice as parliament is going to inquire of the abuse of wage. The workers are being exploited by this democracy from many years in the city. As per the statement of Ferguson (2015), “it was extremely disappointed that a number of franchisees werenot meeting their obligations”. An investigation revealed that around 225 stores has been found to have issue regarding payroll and documents were revealed through the investigation of Fairfax Media and Four Corners jointly and the documents are quite explosive. In the month of 13th October to 9th November, there were around 89 compliances from the 7-eleven franchisees stores. Among these stores around 47 issues were related to wage which is underpayment or false payment sheet.

enblum (2018), it is believed that the power and responsibility, power and theocrat should be balanced in case of franchises relationship and the code of those Franchises is designed in a way as it can protect those franchises from the abuse of a franchisor that is in more powerful position. Though there is always a conflict between competition law and workplace law.
