Case study questions 
1) After evaluating Accounting, Inc.’s communication plan, does it answer all the questions that a communication plan should answer?
Accounting Inc’s communication plan can’t be considered as inadequate or inappropriate one, even though it has left certain questions unanswered. These questions are also critical therefore expected to be answered by the Accounting Inc’s communication plan. The case study evidenced that firm’s communication plan included detailing how system worked, manner of choosing raters, implementation of performance feedback and benefits available to employees from the new system. All these details enabled employees in gaining insight regarding implementation mechanism of communication plan through developing knowledge as how it works its benefits and usage (Naqvi, Aziz & Kashif-ur-Rehman, 2011). 
In other words, it can be said that communication plan is not solution based in nature. It merely informs or develops necessary knowledge or awareness among employees regarding their performance, what went well and what went wrong along with detailing how performance system works.
