Problem:
The main focus of my research is to overcome a ba
ier between real estate agents and their clients trying to find a better place for a lease or for rental provision. The real estate agents are very busy so usually clients have to wait till weekends so as to visit the house or shops, they wish to rent. It has created a problem for clients as it’s not efficient to visit house only on weekends as the clients might have family plans or willing to have rest whole weekends.
Idea to overcome:
I have an analysis of designing an open door lock system such that it can be unlocked by inserting a passcode that it will unlock a small compartment that allows the view to remove the key and unlock the door.
Features of door lock system:
1. Actually, the door lock system is a small compartment where key of the property is stored for easy access to clients.
2. The passcode of compartment is set by real estate and will varies every time once used by one client.
When it comes to security reason of the property, the real estate will have detailed information of the clients and cc camera could be stored just in front of door for further security.
