You're not doing the essay topic nor the paper outline, you'll be doing the final essay stated in the file. I have 3 pages done with a reference page, I don't need you to change them, it's just to help you with what my topic is about and what I currently left off. I just need you to add 2 more references and 2 more pages to meet the requirements. I have 4 references as of now, with 2 of yours, there will be 6 in total. I have 3 pages of writing, you need to fill in 2 more pages to make it 5(not including the bibliography/references). This isn't a review, it's additional writing.

Background
· Immigration is a common topic of debate that continues to attract the attention of the public and policymakers. The discourse of immigration has changed over the years as new challenges, threats, and opportunities emerge.
· In the United States, an influx of immigrants has created two factions. The first faction supports the assistance that the government offers to the immigrants in the country. On the other hand, the second faction urges the government to enact stringent immigration laws and policies.
· Fundamentally, immigrants face a myriad of unprecedented challenges, some of which have tainted the image of the U.S. on the global platform. The plight of the immigrants on U.S. soil makes the country to lack moral authority to implore other states.
· In essence, most immigrants are subjected to systemic and structural racism and discrimination. This, in turn, has pushed them into an abyss of abject poverty and desperation. Most immigrants are unable to find meaningful employment due to their immigration status (Bach).
· Additionally, the social welfare of immigrants is not taken care of as compared to the citizens.
· Several laws that are explicitly connected to these challenges include The Dream Act, The American Promise Act, and The Agricultural Worker Adjustment Act.
The U.S. Citizenship Act of 2021
· This bill has several aspects that aim to address the challenges that immigrants face in the U.S (Stewart).
· First, the bill will expedite the process of earning citizenship for undocumented immigrants considering that the process has been staggering for the longest time possible.
· The immigration scourge is attributed to various factors. As such, the bill will also address the root causes of the immigration influx (The U.S. Congress). This will ensure that the number of immigrants is reduced.
· The bill intends to reform the legal immigration system, especially the inefficiencies and green card backlog.
· The bill intends to create additional humanitarian assistance to protect vulnerable immigrant communities.
· The bill also addresses the reforms in the employment verification process and supports additional rights and freedoms of immigrants in the workplace. The bill will include provisions from remarkable laws such as the Power Act, change the Fair Labor Act, Labor Law Enforcement Fund, and fairness for farmworkers, among others.
· The bill achieves these objectives by setting a robust framework...
