Your paper will explore at least two tactical entry options. As an example, you may decide to conduct a direct investment in a country and export goods (products) to that country. You will discuss the pros and cons of this type of approach and provide the rationale for the choices that are implemented. You will also include environmental aspects such as regulations, cultural, or political aspects that must be measured in your evaluation and implementation. You will develop the plan to present to management and state the specific business case for the development of an international relationship. Population in Sweden has increased to 9.42 million in 2010, from 8.90 million in 2000
growing at ~0.6% CAGR over the period. The younger population (0 to 14 years) accounts
for ~16.6% of the total population while persons in the working age group (15 to 64 years
old) and the older persons (65 years and above) accounted for ~65.3 % and 17.8 %
espectively of the total population in 2010.

The median age of Sweden’s population was 40.7 years in 2010. This implies that half of the
Swedish population were older than 40.7 years of age while the other half was less than 40.7
years. According to the World Bank the rural population in Sweden is estimated at
approximately 1.4 million which is ~15% of the total Swedish population.
