The results of the background does leave out a negative impact on the character of the person. Even though in the past, a stamp of prison does leave a strong feeling in the mind. The position is an important position with responsibilities and hence appointment of a right candidate is very important. The possession of illicit drugs was 10 years ago for which the person has served his term in prison. Also by clearing the reference checks and interview questions we have a fair idea about the strong personality of the person and hence can be confident enough to hire him.
