    Talent management is a strategy used by organizations to improve the performance of the employees and to develop increase the quality production. 1. Role of Strategic Leader in Performance Management Strategy
    Performance management is one of the important tools of the talent management. As suggested by Buckingham and Goodall (2015), performance management is the method of developing a work environment, which allowed employees to maximize their potential and perform with best of their abilities. Performance management start from the recruitment and ends with retirement of employees.
    As per the case study, strategic leaders identify the performance standard of every level of the organization. This helps them to understand the expectations of the organization. Strategic leader formulated the development plan. They analyze the performance standard of employees and based on their analysis formulate the strategy to improve the performance of both organization and employees.
