Introduction
Talent management can be defined as the method, in which human resources are used strategically by the organization for planning to improve the quality of business in order to accomplish the goal. Talent management includes recruiting, retention, development; distributing rewards and encouraging employees to perform well. This strategy is not implemented solely to the human resource department. It is applied at all level of the organization to get improved results and a success in achieving the targeted goal.
1. Talent Management Program used for McDonald’s Success
    After first quarter of 2002, when McDonald has reported its first loss in history. The company tried to carve out the reason and it forced them to take initiatives in evolving its talent management program. As mentioned by Oladapo (2014), despite of challenges faced in implementation of talent management program, it has proven to be beneficial for the company’s growing economy.
