Abstract
The people have started complaining about injustices in the society for past few years. Case of
injustices has increased to a great extent in criminal justice system. It has made it really difficult
for nations to respect citizens’ rights and offenders’ rights. Offenders are considered to be
different from citizens in general and they are treated the same way; they cannot enjoy equal
ights in the society. They even tend to get severe punitive actions against them such as capital
punishment. The very evolution of justice and security has changed the way it all used to be
giving it a new meaning altogether. Thanks to 12st century, justice and security have taken aerial
oute to reach at the stage it is now. This all has happened due to the advanced new technologies
and laws that have allowed the countries promote justice and develop new kinds of punitive
actions. The urge of balance was felt and more rights were added in constitutions in wake of that.
The governments made their constitutions in a way that promotes citizens’ security and justice at
their best. There are a number of issues concerning legal environment in which constitution and
justice prevail. The examples of the issues include fairness, redistributive measures, authority
and mutual understanding. There are few more important issues such as citizens’ rights and
maintaining safety and order. These issues consist of the interference with the citizen rights that
are granted in constitution. Mass media and technology have contributed greatly to

Justice and security have seen a great evolvement in the 21st century. Thus all took place due to
new policies developed to increase security and affirm the innate potential of justice system.
Most of the countries have established policies that govern how criminal activities in the country
should be handled to facilitate peaceful society. Also, the countries have increased surveillance
activities and efforts to cu

security to the citizens and in continuation of the efforts to facilitate the safe and secured
