Microsoft organization is an American multinational technology company. The company’s headquarters is in Redmond, Washington. Microsoft entities have its offices all over the world. Their main value system is to be a responsible partner to those who place trust in them, conducting its business in a more transparent, inclusive and be respectful to the rights of human. For the fiscal year 2019, the company had record-breaking results and they delivered more than $125 billion in revenue (Microsoft, 2020). Their mission is to empower every organization and every person on the planet to achieve greater heights. Their biggest strength lies in their people of the company and they value them the most.

The company uses several tools to draw the candidates for the open positions to hire the right candidate for the organization. They test the candidates on various indicators to find out the right fit for the company. The various indicators the candidate is tested on, is on mental abilities that is whether the candidate cam do the job.
