1. In current scenario XYZ, Inc. is in situation of ethical dilemma that whether to bring the 
desired change in the gasoline tank system, which will increase price or let it be the same and 
provide compensation to people. From, other perspective it is complex situation to choose 
ethical perspective or profitability. XYZ, Inc. is losing market because of low cost small car 
and in order to survive in market it has planned to produce a five thousand dollar car, which 
cannot be produced in that price range, if tank change plan is implemented. As a member of 
company my obligation will be towards accomplishment of project in its intended manner. I 
also intend to make it ethically viable, but this decision will create rise in production cost and 
may hamper the productivity and profitability of the company and hurt the interest of 
stakeholders.  
Attempt to discuss the problem with customers may disrupt company image; however 
company stakeholders can be taken under consideration.
