LO#1- While working in Human Resource Department, I noticed the two most important issues 
– hiring and selecting the right candidate and retain them in the organization for the long time. I 
would like to share one experience in my last job where we have the requirement of the technical 
staff in our production department. So we gave our requirement to the consultancies. But they 
were not able to full fill because of mismatching in the qualification of the candidates and the 
requirement of the job. So we selected and hired the candidates directly from the campus.
