conduct themselves ethically. One such section mentioned in the video is the section four
of four which discusses internal controls of the organization. This section at length
discusses that the organizations should be aware of their internal controls and, also if
they work and are effective or not.
Internal controls are a very important part of any business. If one wishes to run the
usiness ethically, the internal controls need to be effective. Else, it won’t take time for
the business to run the closing juncture.
With an effective internal control system in place, poor decision making can be
eliminated or nullified by the business (Cory, 2001). The business would be legitimate
and would always follow law and order perfectly. There would be nothing like an
unforeseeable circumstance as far as the company is concerned. In fact, the management
can conclude the decision making at the earliest and take action when necessary. It helps
a lot in assessing the various internal affairs and managing the strategic decisions of the
management. With internal controls in place, there is no room for illegality or unethical
usiness to occur.
