Time Management 
Time management is an important aspect to be considered by the managers in today’s time. With 
proper time management, the individuals are able to align their work and tasks accordingly and 
are able achieve their goals and targets accordingly. With proper time management, the 
individual is able to manage the time appropriately and adequately. There are several aspects that 
need to be considered when focusing on time management. It is important for the individual to 
set appropriate priorities and work according to that. 
Manner of setting and meeting expectations: 
There are many expectations that need to be fulfilled by the company irrespective of the nature, 
scope and size of the role. The expectations of the manager increases when a task and the role is 
assigned to an individual. It is the role of the manager to delegate the task and work and get the 
things done from them. The managers influence the other personnel with their perspective and 
positive outlook and focus on getting the things done. As a manager, I will focus on setting a 
plan which will help in fulfilling the goals and objectives of the organization. I will try and make 
systematic plans which are realistic and achievable.
