Answer1: There are two models for analysing culture has been described in this chapter. The
steps to be used to analyse the problem:
1) First step is to identify your organization structure by using these two models from your
employers.
2) Collect information of employees’ culture, belief, and principals of the organization.
3) The history of the organization like product, marketing, technology, types of employees,
management style and national culture.
By analysing all these factors I will appoint experienced and local employee to tackle the
old employees in the team so that the local employees should know the language and
culture of the employees. The employees who are not giving the desired output to the
company they should fire from the job.
