Using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator activity completed in the first tutorial class, students are required to reflect on their leadership experience. Usingevidence from personal experience, students are to answer the following question:
Does your Myers-Briggs personality type influence the leadership style that works best for you?
The purpose of this activity is to force students to think and reflect on their personality and how this influences their leadership behaviours. The evidence to prove the question should come predominantly from the experience of the student. There is no right or wrong answer, but students will be assessed on their ability to communicate effectively, in writing, and drawing on their personal experience as a primary source of evidence. While the evidence is from personal experience, students are toapply theknowledge gained from personal reflection to the relevant leadership literature. References are required. The word count is +/- 10% including all text and references.
