The Human Resources (HR) department will be restructured based on the findings of a review report, which you have been asked to complete. One of the organisation that was established two decades ago has been successful in changing the face marketplace and way in which the traditional business was conducted. The organisation on which I have built this cases study is Google as I was always fascinated about how this organisation has channelised its human resource department to become one of the most robust organisation in the industry. By the virtue of this case study, we would critically explain and unpack the impact of its human resource function, elaborating the primary roles, duties and responsiblities of the department. Furthermore, case provides you the assessment done on the approach taken for workforce planning, recruitment and shortlisting of the potential candidates. How does the company invest in employee's training and development and manage their performance along with keeping them engaged.
