An individual is entitled with Equal Pay who has been employed for work which is allotted to them should be given sufficient salary when contrasted with other people. On the other hand, the equal pay is mainly governed under the Equality Act with regard to 2010 which gives similar right to the equal pay between men and women for the equal amount of work.
