Tuberculosis is an air born disease generally exposed through contact of an infected person even when speaking. While breathing front of the infected person the bacteria entered into a healthy person the bacteria settle down on vital organs. Proliferation rapidly occurs throughout common contact into community. 
· Community level protection-
·     Contamination occur coughing and sneezing without taking precursors. 
·    In Community level the rate of tuberculosis proliferation occur through common contact with effected person. 
·     Droplet contamination allows entering the causing bacteria into human lungs.
