At the time of tripping court, I scrutinized that; the notice board restrains some useful
information in the written format that is related to the case. This information’s involve name of

appropriate manner. So I conversed with the court officer. The court officer was an excellent

questions to the participants throughout the court proceeding. Apart from this, I also initiate that
all the parties such as: all the parties, magistrate, judge & lawyers etc. were critical for hearing in
the court in any case. In addition, in court proceeding, the judge play a vital role to enhance the
efficacy of whole the system, to handle evidentiary hearings, to make the clear causes of
attesting judicial status & to elevate the power of magistrate judges in an appropriate manner
(Ford, 2010).
In the same manner, the judge also has control over the court system and also furnishes
full choices to all the parties to justify their views as well as evidences in a significant way. The
judge also gives a decision according to the rules, regulations & laws associated to the case after
hearing of all the sights, evidences and spectators of all the parties. Apart from this, the lawyers
also play a significant role in the court proceeding because of they make all the endeavors in
