Al Rabie is a National company that has subsidiary around the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. With the demands for more nutritional foods. Al Rabie believe in providing nutritional product for regional school children in addition to the general public they have been chosen to participate in a local pilot program aiming at accomplishing a long term goal of supplying nutritional foods to all school children. Bayader Al Saleh and Nasibah Al Yousef has been resident researchers for Al Rabie and has secured millions of Riyals for the project. The company has an edge over the competitors as its research has led to some scientific discoveries.
As an experienced HR Director and a recent graduate of PMU, Bayan Al Rasheed believes that her recruiting strategies will be able to identify strong candidates for the positions she will have to hire in the next few months in order to meet the needs of this organization in light of this immense project. Furthermore, she has to ensure that she is compliant with Saudi laws that mandates that she hires local applicants instead of expatriates. To ensure that Saudi nationals are given preference in the hiring process and as a strategic partner she must ensure that her efforts are congruent with vision 2030. Bayan faces many challenges on both end of the spectrum. She is encountering a workforce that is not fully trained, recent graduates asking for too much money and no work experience and the cu

Introduction
Recruitment is one of the critical process in the organization as it impacts multiple dimensions in the company. Efficient recruitment also impacts the long-term growth of business and ultimately the profitability which matters the most (Orlitzky, 2007).
1. First list two strategies that Bayan must adopt in order to recruit efficiently for her open position? Please explain the reasons why you proposed these strategies to Bayan?
Bayan should focus on conveying the overall benefits when candidates will join the organization instead of only manifesting the monetary benefit. Differentiating itself on how Al Rabie is better organization than its competitors and how it would be better for employees to join the company will give more confidence to the potential candidates and convince them to join the company even on lower pay.
The new graduates have an eagerness to learn and develop themselves in all direction which leads to career growth. Conveying them about the efficiency of company training program and the impact it will create in grooming of their career. Showing the candidates a vision of self & organization growth will give more clarity in making decisions and incline them to join the organization considering the robust structure under which they will start working.
