Every profession have their own advantages and disadvantages. This essay is completely focused on identifying three major reward and three major challenges that I might face if I take teaching as my profession. Discussion part of the essay will give brief explanation about potential rewards and challenges of teaching profession in a reflective form.
Discussion 
Teaching is always considered as one of the noble professions that anyone can ever have. As discussed by Ryan, Cooper & Bolick (2015), in the United States within the next 10 years around 2 million new teachers will be hired by educational sectors like school or universities. Hence, I can surely say that job opportunities in this profession is one of the major advantages in the near future. In other words, I can say that if I take teaching as my profession then in future I will get a significant amount of opportunity to expand career without switching to any other profession. As per reports, it is also found that 30%-40% of teachers leave their profession within the next five years of teaching (Ryan, Cooper & Bolick, 2015). Hence, I can easily assumed that vacancy in teaching profession will never be hampered whatever the situation comes. 
The concept of transferring knowledge from teachers to students is now an old school concept. In other words, it can be said that the practice of education has been improved a lot in recent times. Currently two-way communication approach is used in educational sector, which allow teachers to learn from students as well. If I take teaching as my profession, then asking questions to students will be one of my key activities. Whenever I will ask any question to my students,
