Question 1: It has been said that, "education is the art of making a man ethical and being
ethical is a foundation of good Corporate Social Responsibility." In your opinion, how has taking
this CSR course would help you become more ethical as a future business professional?
I can say that this course has helped me a lot to understand various intricacies of social
esponsibility. Before taking this course, I only had a high level idea of CSR (Corporate Social
Responsibility). However, today, I understand that CSR has emerged as a mainline function for
organizations.
From the learning of this course, I can say that the organizations must follow an ethical
path while establishing the relationship between capitalism goals and social goals. Conscious
capitalism references
elates to making meaningful promises geared toward satisfaction for each
stakeholder, which includes the organization itself as well. The stakeholders are initially the
heart and center of organizations. Therefore, conscious capitalism has a "direct effect on our
customers, our employees, the investors, the communities in which we do business, the
environment, and our future generations".
In our world today, there are a multitude of managers who act unethically and
unfortunately manipulate the systems in which they are in charge of managing others. Is it
