Therefore, please complete the required reading for Week 1 and 2 before visiting a court. Your best chance of seeing a court case from beginning to end will be in the Local Court or District Court. Please be aware that there is no certainty that the magistrate or judge will reach a decision while you are in court and we do not expect you to stay until a decision is reached. A couple of hours observing proceedings should be sufficient to gain enough understanding of the matter to write your Report. If you find yourself in the middle of a lengthy trial, you may find it more interesting to visit another court. Also, if you find yourself in a list court where matters are quickly mentioned, it may be more useful to move to another court as you may not gather sufficient information to complete the required Report. Although you may wish to visit court with other students, you must submit your own written work. INTRODUCTION
Practical knowledge helps in understanding theories in a better way and this is the main
objective behind writing this paper. This report has been written with the objective of
analyzing the overall experience in a court room, actual way in which proceedings takes
place within court room. There are three major section of this report that is the background

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE
This was not the first hearing of the case, but to get an overview about it I have gathered
information regarding the case so that I can understand what discussion is going on. This was
a complicated civil case in which several parties were involved. This includes on employee of
the company named Kelly who was a sales manager of a software selling company; which is
a small organization sells software in different regions. For selling purpose, Kelly has to
travel a lot. During the last business trip of Kelly to Melbourne several incident took place
which drag the company as well as Kelly to the court.
During his last visit Kelly met a person named Ha
y in a bar (who was not company’s client

y was actually owner of that bar, without any
prior experience of fireball; the two started playing it and suddenly by accident Ha
