The last three instances where I have felt stressed out and experienced a negative emotional state at work were:
An instant when I found that one of my co-workers has a different view about a particular topic than mine.
Another instance was when my boss was not pleased with one of my works.
In one instance I involved in an argument with one of my seniors.
Two causes that triggers personal emotional states at work are: Argument with someone in the workplace and being not able to contemplate with the views of others in the workplace. Its is evident that the aspect of emotional awareness can be effectively used to self-control in the specific situation where I am not able to control my anger in terms when any argument arises with my co-workers in the workplace.
Workplace emotional aspects can be effectively managed by developing programs that helps to build relationships among the individuals in the workplace. This can be addressed by organising events in the workplace so that the employees are able to develop an emotional connection only employees in the workplace. This can also be attributed with the effective consideration of the emotional awareness and the conduct in the workplace that is expected from every employee. This particular model in the workplace can effectively demonstrate the management of emotions if the employees are able to communicate efficiently with each other. Typical example in this purpose can be organisation of the seminars regarding the emotional well-being and the connections that everybody makes in the workplace.
Effective communication and avoiding misunderstanding can enhance the actions that will improve my emotional intelligence and will enhance myself control while communicating with other employees in the workplace. Emotional intelligence is expected when a person is emotionally aware of his position and aspect and behaves the significantly by controlling the emotion and expressing clearly.
