College education is the first pivotal role player in the process of settling down in life. At times, the policies and norms of educational system seem to be affected by the personal interests of people as they make sure that the educational system of the nation provides good fortunes to them. The inclusion of college tuition fee is one of such moves which have dragged controversy towards itself. In the given picture, a group of protestors has been drawn to the road in order to show opposition to the new policy of college tuition fee that is forcefully imposed on them. The group seems to be a group of young college going students who are willing to show the right face of college tuition to the administration. 
The first thing that attracts the attention in the given image is the first slogan that is held up by a man in the middle.
