One of the human resources practices at Woolworth is Equality program. The company has joined in diversity program to support the employee's aspects such Bisexual, Lesbian, Gay Intersex and Transgender. They are willing to address equality in the workplace. Their goal in 2020 achieves Gold Tier employer status in Australian Workplace quality Index. The design of the index will include a national survey to measure the overall impact of inclusion on the culture of organizations. Other practise that human resources are willing to involve in is the unconscious bias training. Woolworth has already trialed the unconscious bias training that will support those responsible for hiring new members. This will allow hiring team to make objective, inclusive decisions. Their goal in 2020 to achieve 100 percent trained employee.
