linkages established.

incapable to take one-sided steps and are supposed to react to the forces of the competitive 
situation. The aptitude to react rapidly to variations instigated by the rivals often characterizes 
the change between disaster and existence for numerous small companies. The strategic 
reaction should fulfil three conditions. First, it should be a suitable reaction to the weights
